In this 2-day course participants learn the basics of the Rhythmic Movement Training: how rhythmic exercises can be utilized to regulate muscle tone and stimulate the brain in order to improve attention and control of impulses and to diminish hyperactivity.
Blomberg Rhythmic movement training with its holistic approach, is a method that works with movement exercises corresponding the level of an infant and small child. The rhythmic movements were developed by Kerstin Linde and origin from the movements that infants spontaneously do. The rhythmic component of the movements is significant and crucial.
The course is for anyone interested in motor development as well as social, emotional and cognitive development and health. It is for anyone working with children and adolescents like educational therapists, teachers, parents of children and adolescence with neuropsychological and/or motor difficulties. This class is also useful for massage therapists, physiotherapists, yoga teachers, personal trainers and others working with adults and children alike.
After this course you can start using the movements and integrate your new knowledge for yourself and family members, in school with groups or individuals, or in your practice with clients.
