Blomberg RMT is a motor training program from Sweden developed on the basis of the spontaneous rhythmic movements that infants normally do.
In this 2-day course participants learn the basics of the Rhythmic Movement Training: how rhythmic exercises can be utilized to regulate muscle tone and stimulate the central nervous system in order to improve alertness, movement patterns and coordination, attention and impulse control and to diminish hyperactivity. The course also includes a survey of the most important primitive reflexes in these conditions, and how to integrate them with rhythmic exercises. After the course you will directly be able to use what you learned, at home with your own child or in a work setting, e.g. in school or your clinic. No previous knowledge required.
